As Managing Director, Steven Worrall is responsible for Microsoft’s overall business in Australia. He ensures the company meets the needs of its customers and the more than 11,000 partners and independent software vendors that sell or build on the Microsoft platform.

Steven joined Microsoft in March 2014 as Director, Enterprise and Partner Group, responsible for driving business growth and building strong customer and partner relationships in the Australian Commercial and Public Sector markets. In this role, Steven worked with organisations to drive innovation and business improvement through the application of technology in many areas, including productivity solutions, mobility and cloud services.

Previously Steven worked for IBM for 22 years and held a number of marketing, sales and general management roles in the services, software and financing segments of the organisation. Most recently, he led IBM’s software business in Asia Pacific region where he built organisational capability in diverse markets across the region and drove the business towards more cloud delivered services.

Steven holds an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and lives in Sydney with his wife and three children.

Susan is a Special Counsel in Gilbert + Tobin’s Competition and Regulation group. She specialises in competition law with particular expertise advising clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, patent enforcement and regulatory strategies, manufacturing and distribution arrangements and investigations of cartel conduct and concerted practices.Susan has extensive industry experience in pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

She was previously the head of the global antitrust practice at Swiss healthcare company Novartis. There she led the merger clearance process for Novartis’s acquisition of eye care company Alcon and for Novartis’s series of high-profile transformational deals with GSK and Lilly. Prior to Novartis, Susan was a senior associate at Allen & Overy in Brussels and a senior investigator at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC

Prior to joining Hadasit, Tamar served as VP Marketing and Strategy at Ramot, the Technology Transfer Company of Tel Aviv University, and was responsible for the company strategic alliances, marketing activities and commercialization.

Tamar managed the establishment and served as CEO of Allergene, an Israeli start-up company that was founded as an incubator project.

Tamar's PhD and MSc were earned in Cell Biology from Tel Aviv University School of Medicine. Expertise include; commercialization of medical technologies from the academic/ laboratory bench to the industry in order to  turn ideas into viable products and services;  establishment and management of  corporate and academic relationships, pre-clinical development operations;  raising funds including investment of venture capital, corporate collaborations, contractual research relationships and government grants.

Melinda Pavey is the New South Wales Minister for Water, Property and Housing, appointed in April 2019 under the Berejiklian-Barilaro Government. Minister Pavey has been a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly since 2015, representing the seat of Oxley for The Nationals. Melinda previously served as the Minister for Roads, Maritime and Freight. (2017-2019) and was the first woman to hold this Ministerial position. She was a member of the New South Wales Legislative
Council (2002-2015).

She also served as the Shadow spokesperson for Emergency Services and the Parliamentary Secretary for Regional Health. Melinda’s career began in radio journalism at 2UW in Sydney. In 1988, she moved into politics as a media officer for Matt Singleton, the then NSW Minister for Administrative Services. Over the next decade, she worked for a number of MPs, including Deputy Premier Wal Murray (1990–1993), Minister for Consumer Affairs Wendy Machin (1993–1994) and National Party leader Ian Armstrong (1994–1997).

Melinda grew up on a dairy farm in regional Victoria. She has two children and enjoys surf lifesaving, netball and bike riding. As a country girl, Melinda is passionate about advocating for rural communities and issues that matter to families across the state.

Yigal Unna is the Director General of the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD). Mr. Unna previously served as Chief Executive Director of the Directorate's Cyber Technologies Unit in the INCD.

Mr. Unna has three decades of experience in the Israeli security apparatus, in Sigint-Cyber positions combining intelligence, R&D and operations together with policy and capacity building. Among others roles, he served as Head of the Sigint-Cyber Division in the Israeli Security Agency ("Shin-Bet") directly under the Director General.

Mr. Unna holds an MBA (Tel Aviv University) and a BA in History and Management (Tel Aviv University).
